Abstract According to the report from "People"s Daily" on December 13, 1992, when experts analyzed the extraordinary accidental experiment reported by Wang Hongcheng, an inventor from Harbin, they found that supramolecular organic microcavity is the ideal optical quantum vacuum chamber. Through changing the topology properties of the vacuum by using multi-dimensional space-time geometry of complex supramolecular cavity similar to Clifford parallels and stimulating the vacuum by μ sub-atomic from Ground-and sea-level cosmic ray or external coherent electromagnetic energy, micro-tyre-type vacuum mass density of the ultra-micro-molecular organic microcavity increases 207 times. As a consequence, inside and outside the supramolecule organic molecules microcavity, a vacuum phase transition of coherence electromagnetism energy (prompt gamma-radial laser) is brought into effect.(which is the vacuum engineering advocated by Professor Li Zhengdao who is the winner of Nobel Prize). And then the natural "oxygen nuclear cold fission" and other nuclear natural "cold fusion" can be reproduced. The natural "oxygen nuclear cold fission" and cold fusion mentioned above is formed at a cycle of millions of years in the process of meteorite impact and the reproduced in the ancient oceans of Earth and Titan, and thus may explain the formation mechanism of the tremendous energy of quasars.
