叶片难抛光区域粗糙度对压气机性能的影响

总结出以下结论:

1)在转子设计转速下,叶顶、叶根倒圆和下端壁三个部位粗糙度增加均使叶盘损失增加,但出口总压随叶根倒圆和下端壁的粗糙度增加而减小,随着叶顶的粗糙度增加而增大.

2)在转子设计转速下,当叶顶、叶根倒圆和下端壁三个部位的粗糙度Ks=5 μm (Ra=0.5~1 μm)时,可认为是水力光滑区,而通常在Ks>15 μm时,粗糙度对性能的影响程度开始变大,所以Ks=15 μm(Ra=1.5~3 μm)被认为是一个转折点.因此要使叶片获得理想的性能,应保证抛光后粗糙度Ra<0.5~1 μm,而要避免Ra>1.5~3 μm.

3)在转子设计转速下,下端壁粗糙度对叶盘性能影响最大,其次是叶根倒圆,叶顶可以忽略,但是在变化趋势上叶顶与叶根倒圆和下端壁相反,需在今后的研究中进一步分析其原因.

4)在不同设计转速下,与叶顶、叶根倒圆相比,下端壁粗糙度对性能的影响波动性最大.在低转速条件下(60%设计转速),下端壁粗糙度使损失降低,但是在高转速条件下(80%,100%设计转速),则使损失增加;叶顶、叶根倒圆粗糙度在不同转速下均使损失增加,而且各部位在80%设计转速下,损失增加率最大.
