基于共生理论的体育业与医疗服务业融合共生路径构建研究

Abstract： The development of sport industry and medical services integration become the strategy to promote Healthy China construction. The deep fusion between the two can reveal the force effectiveness of health promotion， and promote the deep fusion of national fitness and health. Based on the review of the integration of sports industry and medical service industry， it is found that the fusion concept of sport medicine is weak and the balance of medical care is low; The two industries are separated， not mutually integrated; Lack of integration policy and lack of legal environment. The symbiosis theory is applied to medical sport fusion in ecological system to explore its theoretical connotation to medical services and sports industry symbiotic integration. It is suggested that we enhance the correlation degree of the two and build mutual interdependence model; strengthen the positive environment  and guarantee the smooth interface of the interface. Through the integration of ideas， integration of departments， integration of talents， symbiosis of technologies， and symbiosis of strategies， we build sport medical integration symbiotic development path， in order to promote the sports industry and medical service deep fusion， coexistence and development.

随着全民健身上升为国家战略，群众健身热情日益高涨，对健身科学性、安全性、有效性备加关注，对体育辅助慢性病治疗、康复功能趋向认同[1]。2016年8月，习近平总书记在全国卫生与健康大会上强调“树立大卫生、大健康的观念，把以治病为中心转变为以人民健康为中心，推动全民健身和全民健康深度融合”[2]。同年10月，国家《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》从多个方面对体育业与医疗服务业融合发展提出新要求，“完善、广泛开展体育运动、加强体医融合和非医疗健康干预、促进重点人群体育活动”，“推动形成体医结合的疾病管理与健康服务模式，发挥全民科学健身在健康促进、慢性病预防和康复等方面的积极作用”[3]，体育业与医疗服务业融合发展成为推动健康中国的实施策略。两者深度融合能够彰显健康促进合力效能，促进全民健身与全民健康深度融合。体育业主动适应健康中国战略的新要求，使得科学化的健身服务供给及体育非医疗手段干预成为体育界和医学界共同探讨的焦点，大量学者针对体医融合展开深入研究。郭建军研究认为体育医疗融合是解决体育工作的技术核心、扩大体育科学为健康服务领域的关键[4]。黄亚茹从建立“医体结合”的联动机制、发挥中国体育科学学会的作用、细化运动促进健康实施目标、加强复合型人才培养等方面提出体医融合的建议[5]。岳建军基于美国经验，通过达成理念共识、机构与组织结合、有效融合策略、融合技术等方面推动体育业与医疗服务业融合[6]。笔者基于体育业与医疗服务业融合的现实审视，分析其存在的问题，将共生理论运用到体医融合生态系统中，通过共生理论解析，发掘其对于体育业与医疗服务业共生融合的启示意义，构建体医融合共生发展路径，以期促进体育业和医疗服务业深度融合、共生发展。
