报告、案例分析等评价模式；教师应该结合学生的专业指导方向，合理设置每位学生不同的教学侧重点。可以按照建立的满意度的计算方法对运筹学课程教学定期进行满意度测量，以便纵向对比学生对于课程的满意度变化，分析变化原因采取相应教学改变来提高学生的课程满意度。

Abstract：The operational research course is increasingly widely used in various fields，disciplines and cross. This paper surveys in East China Jiaotong University graduate student，through the way of questionnaire survey，from the perspective of student satisfaction，research operational research level of satisfaction of teaching of the course，with the help of SERVQUAL model of service quality measure the satisfaction degree of the operational research course. According to the results discussed the effective method to improve operations research teaching satisfaction.
